We only partner with qualified motor carriers who maintain satisfactory safety ratings and remain in compliance with rules and regulations set forth by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), an agency of the U.S. Department of Transportation charged with governing interstate commerce. In return F&S Transport and Logistix ensures that we are using the latest technology to keep our staff updated on the current market and which areas will be most profitable for our carriers. We also ensure we are abreast of the requirements our carriers have to adhere to so we are not only supporting their companies by securing loads but also assisting where needed regarding compliance regulations, which is essential as it is the backbone of our carriers business.
Motor carriers who would like to partner with F&S Transport and Logistix will need to download, complete and return the Dispatch-Carrier Forms (available in the link below) to Admin@fandstransport.com.
Upon return of the completed Dispatch-Carrier Forms please be sure to include Operating Authority, IRS Form W-9, and Insurance Certificates (Accord 25 Form).
Once the agreement and supporting documentation have been received someone from F&S Transport and Logistix, LLC. will contact you to have a quick consultation to review your expectations and ensure that the services we provide are in line with the goals of your company and ours.
